It is mainly engaged in the R. & D. and production of IC card and remote reading intelligent meters, and accessory software, providing consumers with intelligent water meter, gas meter, watt-hour meter and heat meter as well as system integration solution. With subsidiary enterprises of mould making, plastic processing, energy saving lamp, solar energy equipment and trade, etc.. It is committed to the development of IC Card Meter and initiated the research & development of IC card meter in 1998, becoming the first enterprise to provide consumer with mature IC card meter in China. It has an annual production capacity of 2,000,000 intelligent water meters and gas meters, etc. and all its products are of superior quality and reliable. Its IC card meters were launched in the market in 2001 and has been widely recognized by consumers 18 years on. Its products have been distributed to almost all provinces in China as well as abroad.
